Information we collect

When you send an enquiry through a form on this site we collect the name, email address, phone number and project details you type in. Nothing else in the form is hidden from you.

We also collect basic usage data through analytics, such as pages viewed, approximate region, device type and referring source. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

How we use it

Your enquiry details are used to reply to you, prepare a quote and deliver the work you asked for. Usage data helps us understand which pages are useful so we can improve them.

We never sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Cookies and consent

Essential cookies keep the site working and cannot be switched off. Analytics and marketing cookies only load after you accept them in the consent banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing site data in your browser and choosing again.

Service providers

Form submissions are delivered by an email forwarding service, and site analytics run on Google Analytics. These providers process data on our behalf and only for the purposes described here.

How long we keep data

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as the client relationship is active and for up to twenty four months after the last message, so we can honour warranties and answer follow up questions. Analytics data expires automatically.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email prince@automatedcodes.com and we will action the request within thirty days.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, form data is transmitted encrypted, and access to enquiry inboxes is limited to the founder and the people directly working on your project.

If this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
